Deferred Bonus Scheme

The Company announces that it has today been informed that the trustee to the scheme purchased the following ordinary shares to satisfy awards to be made pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme to the under mentioned directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) on Friday 26September 2014 at a price of 792.3p. Shares were immediately sold to cover tax/ni for the 0 month vest at a price of 801.5 pence per share:
