The Company was notified on 29 August 2018 that EES Corporate Trustees Limited had transferred on 28 August 2018 9,002 ordinary shares to John Hutson, Chief Executive Officer, for nil consideration. The shares were held by EES Corporate Trustees on trust for John Hutson and were previously awarded to him as part of the Company's approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP").
