The Company was informed on 19th March 2018 that Harry Morley, Non-executive Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 2,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of £11.98 pence per share.

Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR

The Company was also informed on 19th March 2018 that Harry Morley, Non-executive Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, purchased 2,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of £11.97 pence per share.

Mr Morley's holding is now 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company which is less than 1% of the issued share capital.
