Deferred Bonus Scheme

The Company announces that it was informed on 8 October 2015 that the trustee to the scheme purchased the following ordinary shares to satisfy awards to be made pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme to the under mentioned directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) on Friday 26 September 2015 at a price of 719.4p:
