Resignation of director

JD Wetherspoon plc announces that Kirk Davis, Finance Director, has resigned as a director of the Company and intends to take up the same role at Greene King Plc. 

Tim Martin, chairman of JD Wetherspoon, said:

"I'd like to thank Kirk for his work over the last six years and I wish him well with his future career.  The Board of JD Wetherspoon has begun the process of identifying an appropriate successor."
