Munich, June 17, 2022: Today, the Supervisory Board appointed Andreas Hoerning, currently Chief Commercial Officer of the company, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Westwing Group SE with effect from July 1, 2022. Stefan Smalla will leave the Management Board by mutual agreement as of June 30, 2022. The Supervisory Board has resolved a corresponding termination agreement today.
