F1: Pursuant to the terms of the Management Support Agreement (the "Support Agreement"), dated August 11, 2015, between Uranium Resources, Inc. ("URI") and RCF Management L.L.C. ("RCF Management"), URI elected on November 9, 2015 to issue 706,385 shares of its common stock to RCF Management in satisfaction of $500,000 due under the Support Agreement.

F2: 7,454,223 of the shares are held by Resource Capital Fund V L.P. ("RCF V"), of which Resource Capital Associates V L.P. is the general partner and RCA V GP Ltd. is the general partner of Resource Capital Associates V L.P. RCA V GP Ltd. and Resource Capital Associates V L.P. exercise voting and dispositive power over the shares held by RCF V. As a consequence, Resource Capital Associates V L.P. and RCA V GP Ltd. are indirect beneficial owners of the shares pursuant to Rule 16a-1(a)(1) under the Securities Act of 1934.
