Release of Securities from Escrow

In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.10A, WestStar Industrial Limited (ASX: WSI) advises that 75,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 2 August 2019.

The Company confirms that members of the senior management team hold these shares subject to the current escrow and they, at this stage, do not intend trading any of those shares upon release from escrow.
