WestStar Industrial Limited (ASX: WSI) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of WestStar Industrial Limited (‘WSI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of WSI, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 10 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, WestStar Industrial Limited (ASX: WSI) ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt with respect to its securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a material contract award and capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of when the announcement is released to the market or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 10 November 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
