NOTICE REQUIRED UNDER ASX LISTING RULE 3.13.1
WestStar Industrial Limited ( the Company or WestStar) (ASX: WSI) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on or after Tuesday 21 December 2021 .
Notice of Meeting
Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the AGM agenda in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
Election of Directors
An item of business at the Meeting will be election of Directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the Meeting is 22 November 2021. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (WST) on Monday, 22 November 2021.
