Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement dated 23 August 2019, the Board of Westmount confirms that it has received further valid Subscription applications in respect of 3,116,917 Subscription Shares. Accordingly, it is expected that a total of 38,461,532 new ordinary shares of nil par value will be issued at the Issue Price of 13 pence per share, and admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 28 August 2019 pursuant to the Subscription.

Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 103,228,277 ordinary shares of nil par value, each with voting rights. The figure of 103,228,277 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the announcement of the Subscription dated 23 August 2019.
