Conversion of Options and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of 18 December 2013 regarding an expected conversion of options, the Company has received a notification from the holder of 150,000 options granted on 20 July 2012 that they intend to convert their holding into ordinary shares of 10 pence each.  The Company has received a valid conversion notice in respect of these 150,000 options and has received £45,000 representing the exercise price of 30 pence per share.  Therefore 150,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each will be issued ("New Shares").

Admission is expected around 7 January 2014.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission of the 150,000 New Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise of 46,949,231 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure of 46,949,231 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
