CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND ASX CODE
Pursuant to Shareholder approval obtained on 25 November 2016, Iron Mountain Mining Limited (ASX: IRM) is pleased to confirm that the change of company name to Pacific Bauxite Limited has been recorded with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The change of company name is effective on the ASX from the commencement of trading on 7 December 2016, upon which the Company’s ASX Listing Code will change to “ PBX ”. The Company’s website will change to www.pacificbauxite.com.au and the contact email address will change to [email protected]; all other Company details will remain the same.
