NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 633(2)(b) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001(Cth) - DATE FOR DETERMINING HOLDERS OF SECURITIES

We refer to the bidder’s statement provided to you on 27 June 2013 in relation to Iron Mountain Mining Limited’s (“Iron Mountain”) off market takeover for ordinary shares in Red River Resources Limited.

In accordance with section 633(2)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Corporations Act”) Iron Mountain Mining Limited (“Iron Mountain”) hereby gives notice that it has set 7:00pm (Melbourne time) on 3 July 2013 as the time and date for determining the people to whom information is to be sent under items 6 and 12 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act in relation to Iron Mountain’s off market takeover for ordinary shares in Red River Resources Limited.
