NOTICE OF STATUS OF CONDITIONS

TO: Red River Resources Limited

AND TO: ASX Limited

Iron Mountain Mining Limited (ACN 112 914 459) (“Iron Mountain”) has made offers under an off market takeover bid for the ordinary shares in Red River (“Offer”). The Offer is contained in Iron Mountain’s bidder’s statement dated 19 June 2013 (“Bidder’s Statement”).

For the purposes of section 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Iron Mountain gives notice that:

• (a) by notice dated 1 August 2013 it has declared the Offer is freed from all conditions set out at section 10.1 of the Bidder’s Statement; and

• (b) as at the date of this Notice Iron Mountain’s voting power in Red River is 47.42 % .
