NOTICE OF STATUS OF CONDITIONS

TO: Aluminex Resources Limited ACN 109 245 418

AND TO: ASX Limited

By the offer (“the Offer”) made pursuant to the bidder’s statement dated 5 October 2009 (“Bidder’s Statement”) by Iron Mountain Mining Limited (ACN 112 914 459) (“Iron Mountain Mining”), Iron Mountain Mining gives notice pursuant to section 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”) that as stated in the Notice to Free Offer from Conditions under section 650F of the Act dated 12 November 2009, the Offer and any contract arising from acceptance of such Offer is free from the conditions set out in paragraphs (a) to (m) of clause 10.1 of the Bidder’s Statement and accordingly the Offer and any contract arising from acceptance of such Offer is therefore free from all such conditions.

As at the date of this notice, Iron Mountain Mining’s voting power in Aluminex Resources Limited is 93.78% per cent comprising 42,475,606 shares out of a total of 45,293,106 presently on issue.
