RE: IRON MOUNTAIN MINING LIMITED (ACN 112 914 459) OFFER FOR SHARES IN ALUMINEX RESOURCES LIMITED (ACN 109 245 418)

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.3, Iron Mountain Mining Limited advises the following in relation to its offer for shares in Aluminex Resources Limited:

• (i) At the close of the offer on 19 November 2009, Iron Mountain Mining Limited held 43,491,606 ordinary shares (and Iron Mountain’s associates: Nil shares) in Aluminex Resources Limited, being 96.67% of the total ordinary shares of 44,993,106 on issue.

• (ii) Compulsory acquisition of Aluminex Resources Limited by Iron Mountain Mining Limited WILL proceed.
