我们按照中国注册会计师审计准则审计了西部证券股份有限公司(以下简称西部证券 公司) 2020年度财务报表, 包括 2020年12月31日的合并及母公司资产负债表、2020年 度的合并及母公司利润表、合并及母公司现金流量表、合并及母公司股东权益变动表以及 财务报表附注, 并于 2021 年 4 月 20 日出具了 XYZH/2021XAAA30187 号无保留意见的审计 报告。

根据中国证券监督管理委员会、国务院国有资产监督管理委员会《关于规范上市公司 与关联方资金往来及上市公司对外担保若干问题的通知》(证监发[2003]56 号文), 以及 深圳证券交易所相关披露的要求, 西部证券公司编制了本专项说明所附的西部证券公司 2020年度非经营性资金占用及其他关联资金往来情况汇总表(以下简称汇总表)。

编制和对外披露汇总表,并确保其真实性、合法性及完整性是西部证券公司的责任。 我们对汇总表所载资料与我们审计西部证券公司 2020 年度财务报表时所复核的会计资料 和经审计的财务报表的相关内容进行了核对,在所有重大方面没有发现不一致。

除对西部证券公司 2020 年度财务报表执行审计, 以及将本专项说明后附的汇总表所 载项目金额与我们审计西部证券公司 2020 年度财务报表时西部证券公司提供的会计资料 和经审计的财务报表的相关内容进行核对外,我们没有对本专项说明后附的汇总表执行任 何附加程序。
