भारतीय लोकशाहीच्या प्रदीर्घ इतिहासात अनेक नेतृत्वाने आपापल्या परीने ठसा उमटबला आहे, मात्र गुजरातच्या -मुख्यमंत्रीपदापासून ते देशाच्या पंतप्रधानपदापर्यंतचा नरेंद्र मोदी यांचा प्रवास हा केवळ राजकीय वाटचाल नसून तो विक्रमांचा एक सुवर्णकाळ ठरला आहे. सामान्य पार्श्वभूमीतून आलेल्या या कार्यकर्त्याने सत्तेच्या सर्वोच्च शिखरावर पोहोचताना प्रस्थापित राजकीय समीकरणांना केवळ छेद दिला नाही, तर भारताच्या प्रशासकीय इतिहासात आपले नाव अजरामर केले आहे. नुकताच त्यांनी ८९३१ दिवस सरकारचे प्रमुख म्हणून राहण्याचा एक अभूतपूर्व विक्रम प्रस्थापित केला आहे. या कामगिरीसह त्यांनी सिक्कीमचे माजी मुख्यमंत्री पवन कुमार चामलिंग यांचा ८९३० दिवसांचा प्रदीर्घ काळ सत्तेचे प्रमुख राहण्याचा विक्रम मोडीत काढला आहे. सलग तीन वेळा गुजरातचे मुख्यमंत्री आणि आता तिसऱ्यांदा देशाचे पंतप्रधान म्हणून कार्यरत असणारे मोदी हे भारतातील सर्वाधिक काळ सरकारचे नेतृत्व करणारे पहिले लोकप्रतिनिधी ठरले आहेत. या ऐतिहासिक टप्प्यावर त्यांच्या मंत्रिमंडळातील सहकाऱ्यांनी त्यांच्यावर कौतुकाचा वर्षाव केला असला, तरी हा प्रवास संघर्षाच्या अग्निदिव्यातून तावून सुलाखून निघालेला आहे.

नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या विक्रमांची चर्चा करताना अनेकदा त्यांची तुलना देशाचे पहिले पंतप्रधान पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू यांच्याशी केली जाते. काँग्रेसजनांनी वारंवार मोदींच्या कालावधीवर टीका करताना नेहरूंच्या ऐतिहासिक उंचीचा हवाला दिला आहे. पंडित नेहरू हे केवळ पंतप्रधान नव्हते, तर ते स्वातंत्र्यलढ्यातील एक अग्रणी सेनानी होते. त्यांनी नऊ वर्षांहून अधिक काळ तुरुंगवास भोगला आणि त्या काळात 'डिस्कव्हरी ऑफ इंडिया'सारख्या अजरामर ग्रंथाची निर्मिती केली. मात्र, वदलत्या काळानुसार नेतृत्वाच्या कसोट्याही वदलल्या आहेत.

खुद्द अटलविहारी वाजपेयी यांनी १९९८ मध्ये पोखरण चाचणीवेळी मान्य केले होते की, देशाच्या अणुकार्यक्रमाची भक्कम पायाभरणी नेहरूंनीच केली होती. नेहरूंनी निर्माण केलेल्या त्या वारशाचा आणि काँग्रेसच्या स्वातंत्र्य चळवळीतील योगदानाचा फायदा त्यांच्या पुढच्या पिढ्यांना, विशेषतः इंदिरा गांधींना मिळाला या प्रदीर्घ परंपरेमुळेच काँग्रेसमध्ये गांधी घराण्याची एक प्रकारची एकाधिकारशाही निर्माण झाली होती. पी.व्ही. नरसिंह राव किंवा डॉ मनमोहन सिंग यांच्यासारखे विद्वान नेते पंतप्रधान झाले तरी सत्तेचे कंट्रोल हे गांधी घराण्याकडेच रिमोट राहिले काँग्रेसची ही दशकानुदशके चाललेली 'राजकीय मक्तेदारी' मोडीत काढण्याचा आणि केंद्रात पहिल्यांदाच विग्रकॉंग्रेसी पूर्ण वहुमताचे सरकार आणण्याचा पराक्रम केवळ नरेंद्र मोदी यांनीच करून दाखवला

मोदींचा हा प्रवास सोपा आणि सरळ कधीच नव्हता. २००२ च्या गुजरात दंगलीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर ज्या अमेरिकेने त्यांचा व्हिसा 'नाकारला होता, त्याच अमेरिकेला आपला दृष्टिकोन ३६० अंशात वदलण्यास मोदींनी भाग पाडले. गुजरातचे 'विकासपुरुष' म्हणून त्यांनी निर्माण केलेला लौकिक इतका प्रभावी होता की, अमेरिकन सिनेटर्सना स्वतःहून गुजरात मॉडेल पाहायला यावे लागले. "आम्हाला गुजरातमध्ये सुरक्षित वाटते," असे उदुगार जेव्हा जागतिक महासत्तेचे प्रतिनिधी काढतात, तेव्हा तो मोदींच्या प्रशासकीय कौशल्याचा विजय असतो.

Also, 3226 children were treated at ShriSathyaSaiSanjeevani Kendra through RBSK teams across the state for the treatment of congenital heart disease (CHD).As per the directions of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, ShriSathya Sai Sanjeevani Kendra adopted Junnar in Pune district and Jawali in Satara district, which are predominantly tribal talukas, and implemented special health initiatives there. CHAUHAN (Son) as their only legal heirs and representatives on accordance with the law of succession under which they were governed at the time of their death, AND WHEREAS the said deceased i.e. CHOUHAN HASMUKH AMBALAL had nominated and registered his Son i.e. TEJAS H. Chauhan (unmarried) was expired on 29/08/2018, leaving behind his Siblings i.e. (1) BINA M. PARMAR (Sister) (2) NEELAM JITNEDRA DARI (Sister) (3) TEJAS H. CHAUHAN (Brother) as his only legal heirs and representatives on accordance with the law of succession under which he was governedat the time of his death FURTHER, the legal heir ice. NEELAM JITNEDRA DARJI, released her rights, title and interest in the said flat in favour of the other legal heirs ic. TEJAS H. CHAUHAN and BINA M. PARMAR, vide Deed of Release dated 29/11/2019 and the same was registered at Thane under serial No. TNN10-9433-2019 dated 29/11/2019. FURTHER, the said ie. (1) MR. NARESH BACCHUBHAI WAGHELA (2) MRS. MONIKA PARTH VYAS are the owners of the said Flat, having being purchased from (1) MR. TEJAS H. CHAUHAN (2) MRS. BINA M. PARMAR, by way of Agreement dated 29/11/2019 and the same was registered at Thane under serial No. TNN10-9434-2019 dated 29/11/2019. In view of the above, my clients hereby gives a notice to the public at large and calls upon all or any person/s who have any right, title, interest in the "said property" prejudicial to the interest of the "other parties" and also in relation to the legal heirs of the original owner if any and who have already filed any suit, claim, dispute, petition, appeal to other like proceedings or obtained any decree, award or other order concerning the subject matter of the "said property" or who intend to file any such proceedings as described above for enforcing their right in the said property to submit all their objection and claims in writing along with supportive documentary proofs writing to me within 15 days from the date of Publication, failing which "my clients" will presume that no adverse claims or objections concerning the said property exist or if they do exit, they stand waived hereinafter and in such event my clients will proceed to complete the transaction of sale as envisaged by both the parties.
