Description
Western Mines Group Ltd (‘WMG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 16 July 2021.
Official quotation of WMG’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 1:30PM AEST on Tuesday, 20 July 2021.
WMG raised $5,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 7 May 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 27,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
