KTHU AS, a company closely associated with Kenneth Thu, has on the 22 November 2022 purchased 4,000 shares in Western Bulk Chartering AS (the "Company") at NOK 35.9278 per share. Kenneth Thu is the sole owner and director of KTHU AS. Following the transaction, Kenneth Thu's total holding of shares in the Company is 76,621 shares - 68,000 shares indirectly through KTHU AS and 8,621 shares directly.
