At its meeting on December 12, 2013, the Supervisory Board decided to
appoint Mr Wilhelm Beckers Chairman of the Management Board of Westag &
Getalit AG. Mr Beckers will hold this post starting January 1, 2014 in
addition to his role as Director of the Doors/Frames Division. Mr Bernhard
Wenninger will continue to serve as Spokesman of the Management Board and
as Director Central Divisions of Westag & Getalit AG.

With effect from January 1, 2014, the Laminates/Elements and
Plywood/Formwork Division will be merged into the new Surfaces/Elements
Division led by Management Board member Mr Markus Sander.
