West Wits Mining Limited (ASX: WWI) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of West Wits Mining Limited (‘WWI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of WWI, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 17 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

WEST WITS MINING LIMITED (ASX:WWI) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

West Wits Mining Limited (ASX:WWI) (the Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in relation to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market regarding a proposed capital raising ( the Purpose ).

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• 1) The trading halt is necessary to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as the Company expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the Purpose stated above.

• 2) The Company requests that the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the Purpose or prior to the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 17 November 2021. The Company expects to make the announcement to the market before the commencement of normal trading on 17 November 2021.

• 3) The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
