ASX Announcement (ASX: WWI) 708A CLEANSING NOTICE

West Wits Mining Limited (“ the Company ”) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Act ”) in compliance with the requirements of section 708A(6) of the Act as follows:

• a) On 22 November 2021, the Company issued 23,437,500 quoted options (WWIO) as freeattaching to 46,875,000 shares issued on 16 November 2021 on the basis of one option for every two shares issued.

• b) The Company issued the options without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

• c) As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

• ii. the provisions of section 674 of the Act.

• d) As at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act).

An Appendix 2A with the respect to the issue of options has been lodged with ASX.

This announcement has been approved by the Company Secretary.
