TRADING HALT

The securities of West Wits Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 25 October 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

West Wits Mining Limited ( WWI / Company ) requests a trading halt to be applied to our securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and set out below are details of the request.

We would like the trading halt to commence immediately.

The Company requests this trading halt pending an announcement regarding a proposed acquisition of a tenement application in the Pilbara region of WA and a capital raising. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of release of an announcement regarding these transactions or commencement of trading on Wednesday, 25 October 2017.

We confirm that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
