IMPORTANT NOTICE

This supplementary prospectus is dated 24 June 2011 and was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") on that date. This supplementary prospectus supplements the Prospectus dated 26 May 2011 ("Prospectus") issued by West Wits Mining Limited ("the Company") and lodged with ASIC on that date. This supplementary prospectus must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus.

ASIC and ASX Limited take no responsibility for the contents of this supplementary prospectus or the Prospectus.

Terms used in this supplementary prospectus have the same meaning as in the Prospectus unless otherwise defined or the contrary intention appears.

CLOSING DATE

The closing date of the Share Purchase Plan has been extended to 15 July 2011. All references to the closing date of the Share Purchase Plan in the Prospectus are amended by deleting the date "24 June 2011" and replacing it with the date "15 July 2011".

The Company reserves the right to close the Share Purchase Plan at any time before the extended closing date, to further extend the closing date of the Share Purchase Plan, or to alter any indicative date without prior notice.

DIRECTORS' CONSENT

Each of the Directors of West Wits Mining Limited has consented to the lodgement of this supplementary prospectus with ASIC.
