RE: ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST OF ASX LIMITED

In relation to West Wits Mining Limited's ("the Company") admission to the Official List of ASX Limited, the Company confirms the following:

• The Offer under the Prospectus dated 15 November 2007 ("the Prospectus") was $\mathbf{1}$ . oversubscribed and closed on 11 December 2007. We confirm the allotment of 75 million ordinary shares each fully paid at an issue price of twenty cents (\$0.20) per share:
• 1. The completion under the Acquisition Agreement dated 15 November 2007 with Mintails Limited ("MLI"), Geotorm Investments Limited ("Geotorm") and DRDGOLD Limited ("DRD") for the acquisition of new order prospecting right No. 636, old order mining right No. 9 of 2000 and old older mining right No. 44 of 2002 as described in section 10.2(a) of the Prospectus occured on 11 December 2007. We further confirm that as consideration for these transactions 33,750,000 shares have been allotted to MLI, 7,500,000 shares have been allotted to Geotorm and 136 shares have been issued to DRD in the Company's subsidiary, West Wits SA (Pty) Ltd;
• $3.$ We have received written confirmation from Security Transfer Registrars Pty Ltd that a notice under ASTC Settlement Rule 8.9.1 in relation to all holdings on the CHESS sub-register and all issuer holding statements in relation to all other holdings were despatched on 14 December 2007.
