Resignation of Managing Director

Friday 28 January 2011:

West Wits Mining Limited (ASX: WWI) advises that Mr Grant Ferguson has resigned as a Director and Managing Director of West Wits Mining Limited due to health and personal reasons. The resignation is effective immediately.

Mr Ferguson personally led the Company’s exploration program which to date has delivered 59,000 oz au in JORC reserves and over 416,000 oz au in JORC resources.

The Board thanks Mr Ferguson for his contribution and wishes him well with his current and future activities.

Mr Michael Quinert will act as Executive Chairman pending the appointment of a replacement for Mr Ferguson.
