Date of Annual General Meeting
West Wits Mining Limited (“the Company”) (ASX: WWI) advises that it currently intends to hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 17 November 2020. Accordingly, the Company advises for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the closing date for receipt of nominations of directors is 6 October 2020.
The AGM will be held as a virtual meeting, using technology to facilitate shareholder participation. Further information will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the ASX and shareholders in October 2020.
