Dear Shareholder
WEST COBAR METALS LIMITED – UPCOMING GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
West Cobar Metals Limited (ASX: WC1) ( West Cobar or the Company ) will be holding a General Meeting at 1.00pm (AWST) on Monday, 30 January 2023 at Level 8, 216 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 (the Meeting ).
In accordance with section 110D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of General Meeting, accompanying Explanatory Statement and Schedules (together, the Notice ) to shareholders unless a shareholder has made a valid election to receive such documents in hard copy.
You will be able to view and download the Notice online from the Company's website, and specifically the announcements page, at www.westcobarmetals.com.au.
As you have not elected to receive notices by email, a copy of your personalised proxy form is enclosed for your convenience. Shareholders are encouraged to complete and lodge their proxies online or otherwise in accordance with the instructions set out in the proxy form and the Notice.
Your proxy voting instruction must be received by 1.00pm (AWST) on Saturday, 28 January 2023, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.
The Notice is important and should be read in its entirety.
