Free Option Issue

╘ All shareholders on the register at 5pm (WST) on 22 March 2021 will receive one free option for every two shares held.

╘ Options will be exercisable at 30 cents on or before 30 September 2022.
╘ Errawarra will apply to have the options quoted (traded) on ASX.
Errawarra Resources Ltd (ASX: ERW ) ( Errawarra or the Company ) confirms its intention to issue shareholders on the share register at 5pm (WST) on 22 March 2021 (Record Date) with one free option for every two shares held (Offer).
The Company is in the process of finalising a prospectus which will detail the terms and conditions of the options and timetable for the Offer. The issue of the options is expected to occur later in March 2021. Options will be exercisable at 30 cents each on or before 30 September 2022 and Errawarra will apply to have the options quoted (traded) on the ASX. The key dates in relation to the Offer are set out below.
