Board Succession

╘ Mr Thomas Reddicliffe appointed Executive Director

╘ Mr Damian Hicks retires from the Board

Errawarra Resources Ltd (ASX:ERW) ( Errawarra or the Company ) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Thomas Reddicliffe as Executive Director.

Mr Reddicliffe holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Geology from the University of Queensland and a Master of Science in Ore Deposit Geology from the University of Western Australia. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Reddicliffe has more than 30 years of experience in Australian focussed exploration, evaluation, trial mining, feasibility studies and company management.

Mr Reddicliffe is sole director of Sorrento Resources Pty Ltd, Errawarra’s largest shareholder and co-owner of the Fraser Range Nickel-Copper Project.

The Board is very pleased to have secured Mr Reddicliffe’s services in an executive capacity and acknowledges the decision by Mr Hicks to retire from the Board effective today. Mr Hicks has agreed to provide corporate advice and exploration management support to Errawarra through to 30 June 2021.
