Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Errawarra Resources Ltd (ASX: ERW ) ( Errawarra or the Company ) advises Shareholders that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held no earlier than Monday, 30 November 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election and appointment of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and the Company’s Constitution, nominations for the election of new Directors must be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Sunday, 31 October 2021 at Errawarra’s registered office or via email.
