Mr. Tso Ming Sing, Barton has appointed as Managing Director

This is to announce that with effect from 17 December, 2002 Mr. Tso Ming Sing, Barton has been appointed as a managing director of the Company.

Mr. Tso Ming Sing, Barton, graduated from the International Finance Department of Shanghai Fudan University with as Bachelor of Economics. Mr. Tso has over 15 years of experience in the banking business, information technology, corporate governance, financial accounting, securities fund, investment consultant and the steering and strategic planning of the successful distribution of international renowned brandnames in the PRC. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Tso served as the Managing Director of South Capital Securities Limited and an executive director of Fortune Telecom Holding Limited in Hong Kong.
