Wereldhave successfully completes the sale of shopping centre Itis

Wereldhave has completed the sale of shopping centre Itis as per 14 December 2018. All conditions of the disposal agreement as stated in the press release d.d. 18 October 2018 have been met.

The proceeds of the transaction will be used to strengthen the balance sheet.
