On August 6, 2009, Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal quarter ended June 28, 2009 and other information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company has noted in the press release that unaudited quarterly pro-forma financial information for 2008 is now available online on the Company’s website. A copy of that information is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
