NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that the first Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 28 July 2014 at 1.00pm.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the period ending 31 December 2013 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will beposted to shareholders today.
