Dealing in Shares

Weiss Korea announces that it received notification that on December 22, 2015, ATLIS LLC purchased 9,890 ordinary shares at a price of 127p per share.  ATLIS LLC is an investment vehicle related to Paul Sherman, a key employee of the Company’s Investment Manager, Weiss Asset Management LP.  Following this purchase, ATLIS LLC holds 971,700 ordinary shares, representing 1.00% per cent of the Company’s total issued share capital.
