NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that the Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 19 July 2017 at 1.00pm.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been posted to shareholders on 03 May 2017 and will shortly be available for inspection on the Company’s website at www.weisskoreaopportunityfund.com.
