NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that the Third Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 27 July 2016 at 1.00pm.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 has been posted to shareholders on 21 April 2016 and will shortly be available for inspection on the Company’s website at www.weisskoreaopportunityfund.com.
