In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTR), The Weir Group PLC (the Company) hereby notifies that as at 31 October 2017, the Company's capital consisted of 223,833,393 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (Shares) in issue. The number of Shares held in Treasury was 473,912.
