In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTR), The Weir Group PLC (the Company) hereby notifies that as at 28 February 2017, the Company's capital consisted of 218,441,655 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (Shares) in issue. The number of Shares held in Treasury was 703,307.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 217,738,348.

The above figure 217,738,348 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
