Notification of Board Changes

The Weir Group PLC ("Weir") today announces that Cal Collins, Non-Executive Director has notified the Board of his intention to step down from the Board in order to pursue other interests. This will be effective immediately following Weir's Board meeting on 3 September 2020.

Charles Berry, Weir Group Chairman, commented: "It has been a pleasure to work with Cal who has served on the Board since the acquisition of ESCO in July 2018.  We wish him all the very best and would like to thank Cal for his service and valuable contributions as Non-Executive Director of the Company".
