Escrow Shares have been released

Further to the WBT Weebit Nano Limited (ASX:WBT) (WBT), announcement on 19 July 2018, WBT advises that 576,355,785 fully paid ordinary shares have today been released from an ASX imposed escrow period, following expiry of the escrow period.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2, WBT applies for quotation of these fully paid ordinary shares in the attached Appendix 3B.
The total number of WBT fully paid ordinary shares on issue is 1,442,815,483, all of which are now quoted.
