TRADING HALT
The securities of Radar Iron Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 21 March 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
The directors of Radar Iron Ltd (ASX: RAD) hereby request a trading halt of the company’s securities.
The reason for the request is due to a pending announcement regarding a proposed appointment to the Board upon completing its acquisition of Weebit Nano Ltd .
The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Monday 21 March 2016.
The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
