Update to sell-down by the largest escrowed shareholders

24 April 2019 – Weebit Nano (ASX: WBT) (the “ Company ”) refers to its announcement on 16 April 2019 regarding the sale of over 6.5 million shares by the three largest escrowed shareholders of the Company .

The Company updates its investors that the transfer of approximately 2.5 million shares has not been completed. The Company will notify the market once the transfer has been completed.

The Company is not a party to these transactions and is reliant on the parties for this information.
