As announced on 3 December 2021, WBT received commitments for all the shortfall shares under the entitlement offer from its existing shareholders. Since payment for 563,160 shares was not made via BPAY, these shares are not issued in accordance with the prospectus dated 29 November 2021 and are subject to the 12 months on-sale restrictions unless subsequently cleansed.
