REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION: WEEBIT NANO LIMITED (ASX: WBT)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Weebit Nano Limited ( WBT or the Company ) ( ASX: WBT ) requests a voluntary suspension be applied to the Company’s securities and set out below the details of that request.

Further to the Company’s request for a trading halt on Wednesday, 21 August 2019, WBT requests a voluntary suspension pending an announcement on the proposed capital raising.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2, WBT advises that:

• (a) WBT wishes the voluntary suspension to remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 27 August 2019, whichever is earlier; and

• (b) WBT is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be voluntarily suspended or any other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the voluntary suspension.
