Extension of Closing Date of Share Purchase Plan
22 October 2018 – Weebit Nano Ltd (the “Company") has today announced extending the closing date for the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 28 September 2018 from Monday, 22 October 2018 to Monday, 29 October 2018.
The Company has received applications of over $1 million so far and continues to receive application enquiries from shareholders. The extension will ensure that all eligible shareholders have sufficient time to submit their applications to participate.
