OFFER TO CLOSE ON OR BEFORE 10 JUNE 2016

Radar Iron Ltd advises that the Public Offer and the SPP Offer under the Prospectus dated 3 May 2016 and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 19 May 2015 have been extended by two weeks. The Supplementary Prospectus provided additional information on Weebit Nano’s business plan in relation to the development and commercialisation of the ReRAM Technology, and the valuation of the Consideration Shares to be issued to the Weebit Shareholders at settlement.

Due to the delay in preparation and lodgement of that Supplementary Prospectus, and following requests from both existing shareholders and prospective investors, the Board resolved to set the closing date for both offers to be 10 June 2016, and reserve the right to close the offers before that time.
